Cellular models: Cellular Automata, Cell-DEVS. Continous and hybrid models. Parallel and Distributed simulation (PADS) techniques. PADS middleware: HLA, Parallel-DEVS, Time-Warp.
Prerequisite(s): knowledge of C++ and of basic concepts of concurrency and distributed systems.
